There’s nothing like that aroma of rich coffee brewing and freshly baked pastries first thing in the morning. So grab a cup then take your tastebuds on a tour of all our Vitality Breakfast options - from a full Irish breakfast to light and refreshing choices, we’re here to cater to every taste and dietary requirement. And if you’ve an early start, take advantage of our breakfast bags delivered to your room.

Your Vitality Breakfast is served from 7.00am to 10.00am weekdays and 8.00am to 11.00am at weekends and Bank Holidays (for those who like to have a lie-in).

Next time you visit, there’s no need to search the streets of Dublin in search of delicious dining, because the Grain & Grill Bar always offers exactly what you need to kickstart your evening. It’s a relaxing, contemporary space that serves a wide range of lunch and dinner options.

Our chefs’ favour locally sourced, in season, fresh ingredients; carefully chosen to cater for all tastes and dietary needs. Pizzas are also made to order and they can be taken back to guest’s rooms.

Dinner menu is served from 5.00pm to 9.30pm Monday to Sunday.

In-room dining can be ordered from our Click & Go menu (on our Guest Service Platform) and is served from 3.00pm to 9.00pm Monday to Sunday.

You’ll also find our inventive, imaginative spirit thriving at our hotel bar too - it’s here you’ll find local brews and trusted favourites awaiting your thirst as well as a vibrant selection of premium spirits and wines from our cellar. Our bar staff have a flair for making cocktails that they’re only too happy to share.

Join us at The Bar from Monday to Thursday 10.30am – 11.30pm, Friday and Saturday 10.30am – 12.30am or 12.00pm – 12.30am, on Sundays & Bank Holidays.

At Maldron Hotel Parnell Square, we know great coffee, so we created our very own coffee brand – Red Bean Roastery. You won’t have to go far to taste it for yourself as it’s served daily at our Coffee Dock from 7.00am to 4.00pm.

Our lunch menu features a selection of light bites, delicious sandwiches and authentic stone baked pizzas (12.00pm - 4.00pm), so It’s the perfect pit stop for a catch up with a friend, or a check-in with a colleague.
