The Rotunda Hospital has been providing maternity services to women and their families since its foundation in 1745. The hospital is the oldest continuously operating maternity hospital in the world and one of Europe’s busiest.
The Rotunda Hospital offers comprehensive consultation in gynaecology, obstetrics and neonatology to women, including a world renowned infertility service, colonoscopy clinic and early pregnancy clinic. There is on-site parking available in the evening time and at the weekend at a cost of €6 per visit. Visitors can park in the front car park (entrance opposite Conway’s Pub) or in the rear car park (entrance on Parnell Square West). On the streets around Parnell Square, there is also disc parking available. Moreover, there are multiple car parks near the hospital, including Ilac Centre, Parnell Street and Marlborough Street car park.

Exit Maldron Hotel Parnell Square and turn left. The entrance to Rotunda Hospital is 300m ahead on Parnell Square West.
The hotel itself is within easy and fast access to public transport. It takes approximately a 2 minutes’ walk from the Parnell Luas stop and only moments from multiple bus stops on Parnell Square and Dorset Street to get to the hotel. If you arrive by car, there is parking available at the nearby Park Rite garage.
